Woodmont Country Club

For this project, Forrester Construction performed an occupied renovation of the Woodmont Country Club involving the women’s locker room, bride’s room and construction of a fitness center.  The prestigious Woodmont Country Club is located on Rockville Pike in Rockville, MD.

To match the style of the club’s main building, the fitness center addition’s exterior features custom architectural fins, stained redwood siding and Hanover precast pavers. Construction of the new space also required the installation of mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety systems and interior finish work.

The renovated women’s locker room and bride’s room were upgraded with custom finishes including specially manufactured carpet, ceramic tile, millwork and maple wall lockers as well as granite vanity tops and high-end wall coverings. The locker room also has a steam room and whirlpool spa.
