Truluck’s Seafood Steak and Crab House
Located just steps away from the Capital One Arena and adjacent to CityCenter DC, the Marriott Marquis and the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Truluck’s Seafood Steak and Crab House is on track to becoming a featured, fine dining restaurant in DC’s Anthem Row mixed-use development.
The overall restaurant contains just under 12,000 SF of space on two levels that opens on the corner of 7th and K Streets NW. The plaza level features a stage at the entry vestibule, a honey ONYX rectangular shaped bar, and both table and booth seating. This space also has a luxurious, steel-framed and glass finished wine cabinet. Separated from the dining space is a prep kitchen with an office, beverage cooler, freezer, storage space, and support spaces.
A grand stair, featuring broadloom carpet treads, tempered wood and glass railing system, and a new elevator provides customer access to the upper floor of the restaurant that overlooks the plaza below. The second level features additional dining room seating, a private dining room, public restrooms, and the main kitchen. The restaurant staff gains access to the main kitchen through a new back of house staircase. Truluck’s features high-end finishes in a warm and welcoming space that specializes in serving stone crab, fresh seafood, and steak and will soon become a welcome addition to the high-end eateries in this trendy and vibrant part of Washington, DC.
