Prince William Hospital | Multiple Projects

For this repeat client, Forrester Construction has completed multiple projects for the Prince William Hospital | Multiple Projects enterprise.  Prince William Hospital is a 170-bed non-profit hospital located in Manassas, VA.  These projects included a renovation of the hospital’s labor and delivery suites and the construction of a postpartum patient wing and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

The renovated labor and delivery unit includes labor and delivery suites, triage rooms, a family waiting room, nursing facilities and neonatology administrative offices. The delivery rooms are equipped for high-risk and multiple pregnancies with features that allow them to be quickly converted into operating rooms for emergency caesarean section.

The postpartum and NICU addition project created 32 private patient rooms and a specialized infant care unit. The patient recovery rooms each have a private bathroom and individual temperature controls while the NICU consists of 16 infant care units, two isolation units and two private units.
