Prince William Hospital Labor & Delivery Unit

For this project Forrester Construction completed a phased, occupied renovation of the Prince William Hospital Labor & Delivery Unit.  Prince William Hospital is a 170-bed non-profit hospital located in Manassas, VA.

The project required construction of several labor and delivery suites with equipment for high-risk and multiple pregnancies so they can be quickly converted into operating rooms for emergency caesarean sections. The unit also includes triage rooms, a family waiting room, nursing facilities and neonatology administrative offices. Additional upgrades were made to the hospital’s administration wing as and a temporary nurses’ station was created.
