McCormick & Schmick’s | Multiple Projects

For this project, Forrester Construction completed simultaneous front-of-house renovations for McCormick & Schmick’s | Multiple Projects at the National Harbor, Reston and Crystal City locations.  Owned by Landry’s Restaurants, McCormick & Schmick’s is an upscale seafood chain with more than 90 locations in the United States.

Work included fully replacing flooring throughout the restaurants as well as the installing new bar equipment, bar tops, hostess stands, millwork and fixtures. Lighting systems upgrades were also made.
