Education First

For this project, Forrester Construction renovated 70,000 SF in an existing building to house Education First’s programs.  Located steps from the National Mall, Education First in Washington, DC is an international educational organization that offers language training, cultural exchange and academic degree programs to students from around the world.

Forrester performed demolition work in a number of areas within the building and constructed new offices, classrooms and dorm rooms. New structural support was required to accommodate the additional offices.
