Dulles South Multipurpose Facility
Forrester Construction recently completed, this new 99,000 square foot Dulles South Multipurpose Facility community center in South Riding, Virginia will be used as an aquatic, recreational and senior activity center for Loudoun County residents. It features a full size competition pool for hosting swimming events and a recreational pool with multiple slides and water features for children. The exercise and recreation facilities include an indoor track, climbing walls and a weight room and gym area. The senior activity area will have multiple meeting rooms for outreach programs and a kitchen for hosting gatherings.
In addition to constructing the new building, Forrester will also provide additional parking areas for visitors and staff, hardscaping and landscaping features and walking paths and bridges.
