Chapman University Center Street #3 Parking Structure, built by Forrester Construction, is a post-tensioned concrete building with cast-in-place, long-span beam and slab construction. The all frame lateral system facilitates architectural flexibility in the positioning of ‘Massing’ elements, allowing the parking structure to fit into the architectural motif of the campus.
