Located in Washington DC’s Penn Quarter neighborhood, Central is renowned Chef Michel Richard’s French influenced American bistro restaurant concept. The completed restaurant seats approximately 250 people between the bar, main and private dining rooms. The space features a showcase kitchen viewable from the private dining room, two wine rooms, a custom hat and coat rack separating the bar and main dining room and domed ceilings throughout the restaurant.
