BMW of Fairfax

Forrester Construction built a new service center for the BMW of Fairfax dealership, the highest volume BMW service facility on the East Coast and one of the top volume facilities nationwide.  Sonic Automotive is one of the largest auto retailers in the nation operating nearly 200 dealership franchises including BMW of Fairfax.

The 150,000 SF three-level structure contains nearly 50 service bays with the option to add 15 additional service bays in the future. The service center also includes a parts counter, rooftop parking, a large customer waiting area, an adjacent customer business area and a separate customer television lounge.
