Anacostia Neighborhood Library

This new Forrester Construction project is a two-story Anacostia Neighborhood Library incorporates numerous energy efficient features including a bioretention area, green roof, high-efficiency equipment, daylight harvesting, high building insulation, occupancy sensors, solar panels, individual controllable lighting systems, individual controllable HVAC systems in private rooms, and a raised-floor system that delivers air, mechanical, and electrical systems for greater energy efficiency.
