1600 K Street

Forrester Construction‘s modernization to an office building located on 1600 K Street included a complete retrofit and upgrade to all life safety, M/E/P, sprinkler, and water/gas systems. Public area renovations included elevator upgrades and a complete refurbishing of the lobbies, storefront, entrances, restrooms, and common areas.
