This annual competition recognizes construction and design excellence in the region that includes Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. This year, approximately 100 entries vied for top honors in more than 20 different categories, based on construction type.

“Project of the Year” awards were given to the first-place entries in a category that the judges considered truly exceptional. “Awards of Merit” also were presented to projects that the judges deemed to be worthy of recognition. All winning projects will be featured in an upcoming issue of Mid-Atlantic Construction and will be honored at an event to be held in Baltimore, MD on December 10th. “Project of the Year” winners in each category will be entered into the National Best Of the Best competition.
