TeleProductions International

Headquartered in Northern Virginia, TeleProductions International (TPI) is a television production and distribution company specializing in programing for broadcast, cable and satellite. For this project Forrester Construction completed a technically complex renovation of TPI’s headquarters facility.

The new facility features larger, state-of-the-art teleproduction studios, 40 individual offices, three conference rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas, an exercise room, a kitchenette, new elevator systems and a satellite farm with five dishes. The project required the installation of a number of custom and specialty finishes including terrazzo, custom vinyl flooring, venetian plaster and polymix wall coverings and fabric-wrapped wall panels and ceiling bulkheads. Several sound isolated and acoustically sensitive chambers were also constructed.
