Arent Fox

For this project, Forrester Construction renovated Arent Fox‘s Washington, DC firm’s 100,000 SF office.  Arent Fox, LLC is a national law firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Washington, DC.  Remodeled spaces included the main elevator lobby and reception area, the main conference room, an attorney’s lounge, administrative spaces and core ares.

This project required the installation of a variety of high-end finishes. The new reception area features custom ebony millwork, stone flooring and a built-in reception desk. The main conference room has two entrances one with a six foot wide millwork laminate door and the other with a sliding glass door back-painted for privacy. The attorney’s lounge is similarly outfitted with custom millwork, cabinets and concrete/rubber flooring. The project also involved ceiling repairs, lighting upgrades and new carpet and paint throughout.
