Sunrise of Vienna

Sunrise of Vienna is a new senior living community located in Vienna, VA. This 4-story, 125,000 SF building consists of 85 assisted living and memory care units with 116 beds. The senior living community is complete with all the support spaces required for senior care programs, with amenities such as a grand foyer, a bistro, activity rooms, physical therapy suites, laundry facilities, and underground parking. In addition, there are many common areas for residents to enjoy including dining areas and cafes, a salon, lounges, a theatre, a central outdoor courtyard, and rooftop terraces. The entrance features a grand staircase to the second floor, wood-paneled walls and ceilings, and a custom chandelier.

The building exterior is comprised of brick veneer, slate roofs, cementitious siding, decorative metal paneling, cornices, and pilasters. Forrester’s scope of work also includes an undulating raised bioretention pond with ornamental trees, shrubs, and flowering, and hardscaping such as brick paver sidewalks and bike racks. The previous phase of this project included the demolition of an existing structure and site work.
