American Trucking Associations – Capitol Hill Legislative Office

Forrester Construction‘s complex project at the American Trucking Associations – Capitol Hill Legislative Office involved the incorporation of three existing adjacent structures into one office building. Two of these structures are on the historic registry.

All three buildings received a new exterior skin and interior finishes. The project also involved the construction of a two-level underground parking facility under the new footprint of the existing structures.
